The place itself has a great location, but it's a bit crowded. Mostly, you can find elevators to go down, but sometimes it gets really busy and you end up taking the stairs instead of waiting. Breakfast is average, so don't expect anything fancy .
Nice property. Cleans rooms but the room AC was very loud and my room view was the building AC main unit directly outside of my window. Very weird… Most staff were very pleasant. Restaurant offers one of the best burgers I have ever had, but menu is extremely limited. Breakfast buffet was average and they do not serve lunch. Ample parking and EV charging stations are available.
The Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn is one of my favorite hotels in the area. The location is great for being close enough to restaurants and local places to visit. The hotel itself is spacious, clean and welcoming. The rooms are so cozy and clean! For some reason the beds are also extra fluffy but firm and I always get a good night sleep. I always bring my own pillows as I think Hilton has a slightly flat pillow collection. The restaurant on site is such a treat as you can enjoy everything under one roof and the bathroom is also great, the shower water pressure is above average and the overall atmosphere is very chic for a hotel. You should stay!
Overall is a clean nice hotel.Room was clean,smell fresh,no complaints,the only downsides was only one receptionist and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes to check out.I believe is a pet friendly hotel,and I could hear all night a dog barking from my bed and people walking and talking above and interrupted our sleep quality.other than that we had not problems.
Beautiful modern hotel with ample parking and great customer service. Beds were comfortable, shower was piping hot, lobby is very prettily decorated. Gives you an upscale but warm impression upon arrival. Check-in was pleasant and highly efficient by a friendly, handsome gentleman in a smart well-tailored suit. We will be staying here again the next time
Stayed here for a friend’s wedding we came out of town and had a great experience. Lauren welcomed us so warmly from the moment we arrived, and her customer service truly made our stay even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our time here! Would definitely stay again.
I blocked rooms for my daughter's wedding with Samantha Clarizio was very helpful, had great suggestions, and was very responsive. Hotel is in a lovely location and the rooms are very nice. However, the best part is how very accommodating the staff is. Great customer service with a smile! only downside is the limited room service and no lunch service at the restaurant. We all had a very nice and comfortable stay.
